A limited number of grants are available to support the travel of paricipents in the event (Maximum Rs. 7000/- (seven thousand rupees) per applicant). The applicants need to have registered after paying the registration fee, submitted a paper and have the paper accepted in the review process to be eligible for the travel grant. The applicants will have to submit their original travel tickets and the boarding cards (if they travel by air) to get them reimbursed.
While applying for the travel grant, make sure to mention the number of the submitted paper, the transaction number for payment of the registration fee and the registration number allotted by the organizers. The application will have to be recommended and forwarded (signed) by their PhD supervisors (applicable only for Ph.D students).
